Can I pay with PayPal?

Livvie + Hazel happily accepts PayPal.  You can use your PayPal balance or the cards and accounts associated with your PayPal account.  We never see your PayPal information; only payment confirmation.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Livvie + Hazel happily accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay and Discover. You do NOT need to register with us in order to use your credit card.

How much is shipping?

All orders $75 and above are shipped free using USPS PRIORITY Mail - United States only.

Orders below $75 ship for a flat fee of $4 using USPS First Class; $7 using USPS Priority Mail; and $23 using USPS Priority EXPRESS Mail.

All packages will be shipped with a tracking identification number.  We gladly ship Internationally.  We do not ship to all countries; however, so please contact us first for shipping rates and to verify shipping to your country.

There may be additional customs costs associated with your package delivery to some countries outside of the United States.  Please be aware of these, and know that you will be responsible for any additional charges.

All orders ship from our design studio in Kansas, United States.

USPS First Class Mail: 2 - 8 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 3 business days

USPS Priority Express Mail: 1 - 2 business days

 

Please note, that shipping times will vary depending on weather conditions, holidays, and other factors.  Also, these times do NOT include production time to create your piece.

Double check your shipping address to reduce the time it takes your order gets to you.  In addition, please use a physical address, if possible, to reduce USPS confusion and ensure appropriate delivery. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry.  However, if you are not satisfied or your item is broken or damaged, please let us know right away so we can note your concerns and begin the return process.  Please return it to us within 21 days of the purchase date.  Your item must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date.

Your refund of the purchase price will be refunded upon our receipt of your items in the original packaging.  Please be aware that your shipping expenses will not be refunded.

Final sale items, sample sale items, and discontinued items are not eligible for returns.

What materials do you use?

All our brass chains are solid brass with no nickel content.  All our copper chains are copper-plated with a solid brass core.

The only silver we offer is on our wax-sealed initial charm bracelet.  The charms and jump rings are sterling silver-plated on a solid pewter core.  The charms are antiqued.

Our beads are semi-precious gemstones or glass beads.  We do not use imitation gems.

How do I find pieces from your photos?

We are a big believer in layering necklaces and stacking bracelets, so much so that many of our lifestyle and product photos reflect layered pieces covering many different jewelry collections.  Do not hesitate to contact us via Instagram, Facebook or contact us to clarify the item you are interested in.

Can I gift a piece of your jewelry?

Yes!  Our jewelry is perfect for gifting to your favorite girlfriend or bohemian-lovin' momma.  All our jewelry comes in its own complimentary gift box with a ribbon.  Please leave us a note if you would love a special note to include with your gift.

Digital gift certificates are coming soon.  In the meantime, if you would love to give a gift certificate, please let us know.  We will email you the gift certificate you order.  Your recipient can enter their special code into the coupon box upon their ordering.

What if my jewelry needs repairs?

While we take pride in each and every piece of jewelry, occasionally, things will happen.  If that is the case with you, please let us know so we can provide you with shipping details, repairs estimation and any other repair details.

Do you donate to charities?

We strongly believe in making humans, our community and our world the best it can possibly be.  In that mindset, our mission is to donate 5% of our sales to charities and organizations that further the independence and self-reliance of women.  We believe it helps us to give as much as it helps those we give to.

How do I get in touch with you?

You may contact us through our contact form, email pam@livvieandhazel.com or message us through our Facebook business page.  We will respond to your email within 24 hours but usually much sooner.

How secure is your store?

All orders placed at livvieandhazel.com are encrypted using Shopify's Payment Industry Card Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) technology to ensure that your personal payment information is safe and secure. Although no technology is 100% secure, this technology encrypts your data to keep the information confidential only during this transmission, and only long enough to complete this transaction with us.

We are additionally secured through McAfee Secure Total Internet Protection.
